By using Road Trip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.

User Content

You are responsible for the routes and content you create. Do not upload or share content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided.
• Respect local laws when traveling and navigating to destinations.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, route conditions, or third‑party content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete my account. This will remove all data associated with your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
